The first night was very noisy because of the engine in the garden, so we didn't get any sleep! I swam with a chicken bone in the outdoor pool; plus, the children’s pool was full of plant leaves and the staff by the pool were unfriendly – compared to the reception staff, who were quite good! We then went to the indoor pool, where an old, used plaster stuck to my foot!! The tiles in the Jacuzzi are verry broken! At breakfast on the first day, the restaurant was less busy and the service was good! The last three days were very busy, there weren’t enough staff, no cold water , The queue for caffe was long – it was very chaotic! Last night the air-con system broke down; I called the concierge several times but nobody answered the phone and the room was like a sauna! I won’t be booking this hotel again

What I say avoid this hotel. Rooms are old, bathrooms aren’t working properly, no essential amenities and they advertise as “De luxe” that isn’t accurate at all. The buffet restaurant lacks of service, plates are your table will stay there until you leave. Need a lot of care and renovation, our shower was flooded all the time. The location is the only good point of this hotel, but this isn’t a 5 star hotel or de luxe, far, far, from that.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and positive but even though the stay costs a fortune, the cost cut was visible everywhere. The breakfast was way below average; the quality of cold cuts was terrible, the butter was melting in its container in the exhibit. We asked the reception to send water to the room then received a call from the room service saying that we requested water but our daily water limit is only two bottles so we need to pay 10 usd for another bottle. In Turkish “günlük su hakkınız bitmiştir” unacceptable for a hotel we paid 500 usd per night to talk to us as if we are under martial law.
